This privacy notice explains what personal data we process about you as a data subject when you use this website. We are the data controller and we are required by law to inform you who we are, what data we process, for what purposes and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. This privacy notice complies with the GDPR and the Info tv. which are further described in  in the Act on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Infotv.”, CXII. of 2011) and the Act on the Freedom of Information of 2016. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR Regulation”).

Your personal information is stored on a firewall-protected network and is only accessible to those of our employees who have been given access by reason of their job responsibilities. General access and data requests to the website can be made via a connection protected by SSL key and technology.

We are essentially responsible for processing your personal data. For outsourced data processing tasks, we use the data processing partners set out in Annex I. You can go to court if your rights are infringed. The court is acting out of turn in the case. We, as data controllers, are obliged to prove that the processing is in compliance with the law.

If we, as data controllers, process your personal data unlawfully or breach data security and thus violate your privacy rights, you may claim damages from us.

Other information

We declare that we will adapt our Privacy Notice to changes in the legal background and our internal policies, which may change in the meantime, and therefore we reserve the right to change it.
