We are the data controller and we are required by law to inform you who we are, what data we process, for what purposes and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. This privacy notice complies with the GDPR and the Info tv. which are further described in in the Act on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Infotv.”, CXII. of 2011) and the Act on the Freedom of Information of 2016. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR Regulation”).

How do we protect your personal data?
Your personal information is stored on a firewall-protected network and is only accessible to those of our employees who have been given access by reason of their job responsibilities. General access and data requests to the website can be made via a connection protected by SSL key and technology.
Transfer of data to third parties
We do not sell or trade your personal data or otherwise disclose it to third parties without your knowledge.
We are essentially responsible for processing your personal data. For outsourced data processing tasks, we use the data processing partners set out in Annex I. We will make the list of our data processing partners, the scope of the data processed and the purposes of the processing available to you before the processing starts. We are responsible for the data transferred to data processors and for the activities of data processors.
In carrying out our legal obligations, the organisations and authorities required by the regulations may, if authorised by law, have access to our business, including your data.
For statistical and analytical purposes, we may only use your data in an anonymised form, which is no longer personally identifiable and cannot be linked to you in any way. We may provide anonymised data to third parties under contract with us for behavioural analysis.

We will examine and respond to the declarations and questions and requests received as soon as possible after receipt, but within a maximum of 20 working days, and take the necessary steps to comply with the declaration, as provided for in the applicable legislation.

You can go to court if your rights are infringed. The court is acting out of turn in the case. We, as data controllers, are obliged to prove that the processing is in compliance with the law.
If we, as data controllers, process your personal data unlawfully or breach data security and thus violate your privacy rights, you may claim damages from us.
Other information
We declare that we will adapt our Privacy Notice to changes in the legal background and our internal policies, which may change in the meantime, and therefore we reserve the right to change it.
